When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and live tracking link. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Average delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier logistics. Shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or high shipping volumes.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

It’s normal for tracking to pause for several days between scans while the parcel moves between carrier facilities. This does not mean your package is lost. Tracking updates will resume automatically once it reaches the next processing center.

My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, it may have been left in a secure location, mailbox, or with a neighbor. Please check:

  • Your mailbox, porch, and surrounding areas
  • With neighbors or household members
  • If it still can’t be located after 24–48 hours, contact your local postal office with your tracking number for delivery verification.

My order hasn’t arrived and it’s been over two weeks.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please review the tracking page for the latest update. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, or high carrier volume. If there’s no movement for more than 7 consecutive days, contact our Customer Support Team so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order included Shipping Protection, your purchase is fully covered against loss or damage. Please report any issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.If Shipping Protection was not purchased, the carrier is responsible for resolving delivery errors or losses.
