We guarantee delivery within 50 days.
If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.

This global guarantee exists because some countries experience unpredictable customs delays.

🧾 Taxes & Duties

Some countries may charge customs taxes for international shipments. Giani is not responsible for these fees.

We cover taxes for the U.S. and selected European countries.

🔁 Reshipment Policy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Street address
  • Apartment/Unit number
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Zip Code
  • Correct name

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if it is not retrieved from the local post office, a reshipment fee (equal to the original shipping cost) will apply.

If the package is destroyed by the carrier due to incorrect addressing, we offer a 40% discount on a replacement order.
